Studies
have shown, over and over again, that the most critical resource technological companies have
is their people.
It
may be cliché to state that "people are our most valuable resource"—but it is still
true.
The
key challenge for technological companies is how to foster the dynamic of people, how to encourage
their creativity,
how to harness their individual
ingenuity and cooperative expertise.
We
consistently find that technical people exhibit excellent individual, technological problem solving
skills.
We also find that their group problem solving
skills, their ability to deal with the team interactions, and their
ability to be inventive together is where they
need help.
To
provide this help is our mission.
To bring together the very best in Human Capability Training,
Organizational Development, Technical Team Building,
Executive Coaching, and Software Engineering to catalyze the
creation of value in our customers' businesses.
Corvus International Inc., was formed in 1994
though the merger
of two companies, one specializing in software development
consulting and education and the other with a long and successful
history of program development in the area of Industrial
Psychology. The goal of Corvus International was, and is, to bring
together the elements of Organizational and Human Resources
development with the key components of technical systems
development, particularly in the software arena.
We believe that, not only are people the most valuable resource
that most companies have available to them, in many cases,
they are the only resource.
With our expertise and experience spanning multiple technical,
organizational and interpersonal domains, we feel we are
uniquely positioned to help our clients realize the maximum
potential of this resource.
