CORVUS INTERNATIONAL

The Center, situated on the south shore of Shields Lake in southern Minnesota, and less than an hour from the Twin Cities, provides a serene environment for leadership retreats, organizational assessment, and executive coaching. With ample facilities for presentation, meetings, and breakouts, the quiet lakeside atmosphere also gives clients a much needed respite from daily business stresses and allows executives an environment where they can gain the long-view perspective of their organization and themselves.

In addition to providing a focused work setting, the Center can also offer on-site accommodation for a small number of select clients in custom-designed living quarters and can optionally feature a number of seasonal recreation activities such as boating, canoeing, and sailing on the lake, and hiking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing in the surrounding state conservation land.

The Center is designed as an integrated extension of Corvus International's leadership development and executive coaching practice to selected clients.
